Endangered Burlington County Woman With Dementia Goes Missing

WOODLAND TOWNSHIP, NJ — An “endangered” Burlington County woman with dementia has gone missing, according to State Police. The law-enforcement agency asked the public Monday for information that could help find Denise Smith.

Denise, 51, left her home at about 1:15 a.m. Monday on Route 563 in Woodland Township, police said.

Denise is a white woman with brown/gray hair and brown eyes, officials said. She’s 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 125 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and white sneakers — as pictured above — police said.

Anyone with information can contact State Police Troop “C” Red Lion Station at 609-859-2282 or the New Jersey State Police Missing Persons Unit at 609-882-2000 ext. 2554. The agency welcomes anonymous tips.
